Regal Gymnastics Academy offers a wide variety of classes, from beginner to advanced for all ages. Whether you are an advanced gymnast, or it's your first time in the gym, you're sure to find a fun and challenging class that will fit your schedule.

We currently offer the following recreational classes:

Tumble Bugs (45 minutes)

A parent and tot class for you and your child, ages 18 months-3 years old. Skills
introduced to our new little gymnasts include stretching, taking turns, walking across balance beams, swinging on the bars and jumping into our huge foam pit! Parent participation is required in this fun, energetic, and stimulating class.

Tumble Bears (45 minutes)

A beginner class for children ages 3-5 years old. Skills introduced include
forward and backward rolls, chin ups, straight, tuck, and straddle jumps, balance beam walks, etc. Come join the excitement in this fun, fast paced, first beginner class.

Beginner Girls (60 minutes)

This class is a great place to start for your 5+ year old daughter. We offer a variety of beginner girls classes for different age groups. This class is an introduction to body awareness, positioning and posture, and basic gymnastics skills. Learn basic skills on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, tumble-track, and trampolines. This hour class is filled with lots of new skills and excitement every week!

Beginner Boys (60 minutes)

This class is offered to boys starting at age 5. This class is run similar to our beginner girls class, except the boys will be working out on our men's equipment. Our men's equipment includes floor, vault, still rings, parallel bars, pommel horse, high bar, and tumble track. A great class to build self confidence, make new friends, and learn some really great tricks.

Superhero Training Class (60 minutes)

Bring your little man out to enjoy a gymnastics adventure that will keep him asking you, "When is the next class?" This is a 1 hour, boys ONLY gymnastics class. Superhero Training classes will introduce beginner gymnastics skills on all of our men's equipment. Classes offered for boys ages 3-6 years old.
