Head Coach of Regal's P.R.E.P. Optional Competitive Team
- has been coaching at Regal Gymnastics Academy for 3 years

- during this time she has coached recreational and team classes for boys and girls, especially Pre-team, Level 4, Optional Levels 7-9 and Prep Optional gymnasts
- is responsible for the development of the Prep Op program at Regal
- was formerly a competitive gymnast, training at Charles Keene College and Redditch and Bromsgrove Olympic Gymnastics Club where she was coached by the late John Reeves. She was selected to the British National squad in 1978 and trained at Lilleshall National Sports centre.
- took her first coaching examination for British gymnastics at Loughborough University at the age of 16 and has 35 years of coaching experience in recreational, educational, and developmental competitive gymnastics programs
- pre-graduate work experience included outdoor education instruction (rock climbing, canoeing, sailing, expedition skills) at a residential center in Snowdonia and summer camp counseling in Pennsylvania
- has 25 years of post graduate experience in public and private schools as a physical education and health teacher
- has a bachelors degree in education and physical education and a masters degree in administration and leadership, specializing with a masters thesis on health and safety in gymnastics
- is the mother of 5 and lives upstate NY where she enjoys hiking and skiing in the Adirondack mountains
