About our competitive team

Our competitive team philosophy at Regal Gymnastics is to teach gymnastics in a progressive step-by-step approach using positive reinforcement and consistency. Our goal is to enhance a child's self-confidence and self-esteem and to be a significant role in the development of the entire child, not just the athlete.
