All-Star cheerleading enhances confidence, sportsmanship, independence and social interaction. Being a member of our program requires dedication, hard work and determination. All-Star cheerleading is a highly competitive sport. We train our athletes both mentally and physically to perform at their highest potential. We accomplish these goals through positive encouragement, structured training and commitment in a disciplined and organized atmosphere.  At Regal, we know that practice makes perfect! Our high standards will push our athletes, coaches and parents to be the best!


What to expect: During practice, cheerleaders will train all elements of cheer that include motions, jumps, stunting and dance in preperation for future copmetitions in which routines are up to three minutes long.


Who can join: Ages 7 and up. All interests and abilites are welcome. No experience required for beginner teams.

Includes routines, choreography and stunting on Sundays.

Youth Cheer Class:

A great intro to all-star cheer for beginners or cheerleaders with prior experience that wish to be a part of a team! Students will learn body awareness, technique, beginner level stunts, tumbling, motions, jumps and dance. Students will also learn a cheer routine to be performed during at least two local cheer competitions and our Royal Spring Meet. We ask that all students come to class ready, with hair in a ponytail and wear appropriate, tight fitted clothing. Practice wear includes: tank top or t-shirt (leos are OK), athletic shorts or capris and athletic/cheer shoes.

Regal Academy All-Star Cheer Program for girls ages 5-11.
There are no tryouts: everyone makes a team! Athletes will learn motions, jumps, tumbling, stunts, and a two minute routine. Each team will compete in at least two competitions during our competitive season. We will be competing in the All Star Cheer "Prep" Division competition season from September to May. Teams will be divided by age and ability. No experience necessary.
