Meredith Currie

I did gymnastics for 15 years, starting when I was 3 at the Vermont Gymnastics Academy. I competed up to Level 8 for VGA and eventually went on to compete for Green Mountain Gymnastics in 2003-2004, where I competed at Level 9. I was also part of the Varsity team at Milton High School.

I now coach recreational classes at Regal, and have recently started judging. I got my certification for Level 7-8 judging in 2009, and hope to be certified to judge compulsory as well as Level 9 by the end of 2010.

I am graduating from St. Michael’s College in May 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, minoring in Math and Finance. I was on the cross country team at SMC and I also play in an adult soccer league year round.

My parents still live in Milton. My brother is almost 28, and lives in Maplewood, New Jersey with my sister in law, Alexis and my nephew, Jack. Jack just turned 3, this April. My sister Jennie is 23 and lives in Burlington.
