GYMNASTICS CLASSES   

Our commitment to safety:

We have implemented recommendations from Vermont State, USAG and the CDC, specifically:

​

  • all children, adults, and staff will be temperature checked daily

  • all children, adults, and staff are REQUIRED to wear a face mask or facial shield when inside the building

  • all children, adults, and staff must wash hands and/or sanitize hands upon entering the gym

  • water fountains may not be used - all children should bring a clearly labeled water bottle

  • windows and garage door will be open when permitted by weather 

  • spotting will be limited to essential only

  • Regal staff will be cleaning throughout the day with deep cleaning nightly

  • we embrace contact tracing and will maintain a record of all staff/children by day of attendance

All of our staff are background checked and hold current CPR & first aid certifications, SafeSport certification, and USAG professional/instructor members.

Parent and Toddler gymnastics class for boys and girls ages 18 months - 3 years old. Fun, interactive class environment!

INTRO GIRLS

Introduction to the fundamentals of gymnastics for girls ages 5-9 years old. Classes offered by age.

Invitation only class for girls who have either graduated from Novice Girls or been invited to join an Intermediate class.

Boys only themed gymnastics class, ages 4-5 years old. An introduction to the fundamentals of Men's Artistic Gymnastics and gross motor skills.

Ages 5-13, classes structured by age. Students must have completed/graduated from the Introductory class or make an appointment for evaluation with an instructor.

NINJA KIDS

Boys and girls ages 4-6. Each class will include a circuit of balance, jumping, climbing, upper body, and parkour-incorporated agility obstacles.
